As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I work collaboratively with clients to identify thoughts, behaviors, and relationship patterns that impact emotional health. Sessions are conducted in a relaxed, conversational style, and together we develop concrete action steps that facilitate significant change and growth. You'll leave the first session already prepared to incorporate at least one new coping strategy into your daily routine.
Depending on your goals, I may ask you to engage with psychoeducation activities (video clips, podcasts), complete digital exercises that support our work, practice new skills, and self-monitor progress to maintain momentum between sessions.
I have additional training in the Flash Technique for Rapid Trauma Processing and Prolonged Exposure Therapy, an evidence-based trauma treatment that has been shown to help clients recover from post-traumatic stress.
